The complete
SWG system.

Pipes, fittings, traps, channels — everything for a complete salt-glazed stoneware drainage installation. ISI certified under BIS IS:651.

What is a Salt Glazed Stoneware pipe?

SWG pipes are shaped from high-plasticity clay, dried, then fired at 1000°C. At peak temperature, common salt is introduced into the kiln — it vaporises and bonds with silica in the clay body to form a hard, glass-like sodium silicate glaze on all surfaces. The result: non-porous, chemically inert, and mechanically strong — with a design life measured in centuries.

Products

100 mm – 300 mm

Standard SWG Pipes

Core drainage barrel in six diameters, 60cm length, salt-glazed inside and out. The backbone of any SWG drainage system.

100×100 – 250×250 mm

Tee Fittings

Equal and reducing tee junctions in all main-pipe and branch combinations. Same glaze, same certification.

100×100 – 250×250 mm

Yee Fittings

45° branch junctions for lower-resistance connections. Ideal for lateral house drains entering the main sewer.

100 mm – 150 mm

Bends

90° and 45° direction-change fittings in 100 mm and 150 mm diameters. Salt-glazed finish throughout.

100×100 – 150×100 mm

Traps

P-traps for preventing sewer gas return. Available in 100×100 mm and 150×100 mm configurations.

100 mm – 200 mm

Channels

Open-top drainage channels for surface run-off, gully drains, and waste management. Three widths.

150×100 mm

Saddle Connectors

Saddle-top connectors for branching a 100 mm lateral into a 150 mm main without cutting through it.

What are our Cement Bricks?

Our cement bricks are manufactured using a 200-ton hydraulic press, producing a dense, uniform block with high compressive strength and minimal water absorption. Unlike hand-moulded or wire-cut bricks, hydraulic pressing eliminates voids and delivers consistent dimensions — critical for flush coursework and structural integrity. Available in five standard sizes to suit load-bearing walls, compound walls, partition work, and general masonry.

Common questions.

PVC pipes typically last 15–20 years before degrading under UV, temperature swings, and chemical exposure. SWG pipes installed 150–200 years ago are still in active use. For permanent underground drainage, clay is the superior long-term choice.

Yes. SWG pipes are the traditional standard for municipal sewage. The salt glaze makes the bore non-porous, bacteria-resistant, and impervious to the chemical mix found in sewage — exactly why BIS certifies them under IS:651.

SWG pipes use a socket-and-spigot joint sealed with cement mortar or a rubber ring gasket. The joint allows slight angular deflection during installation without compromising seal performance.

Yes — to both government bodies (municipal corporations, water boards, irrigation departments) and registered private contractors across AP, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu.
